Thingses

Couple things worth noting:

The strips still have individual titles to them, but they’re tooltips now. I decided that sticking titles above each strip was distracting. If you want to see them, just hover your mouse over the strip.

The archive page is gone. All of the information that was in it before is now in the drop down menu right below the strip. Much simpler this way. It all plays into the whole streamlining thing.

I’ll probably bring the gallery back eventually. I’m just looking for a good PHP library to automate it for me. Kinda tired of coding it by hand.

Watch Ray Purge (my blog) will show up on Hindrances eventually. I just want to get a Wordpress theme put together first.

Speaking of which, I’m back to thinking about giving Comicpress a try. I’ll see if I can’t fiddle with it over the Exmass break. Don’t really have time at the moment.

I don’t have a cast page anymore. Intentional. I don’t think readers really get much out of them. “This character’s name is Burrito Boy. He, uh, is super.” Instead, I’m probably going to do a New Readers page and put a link to it in that empty space between the strip and the site’s header. “Previously, on Taco Man and Burrito Boy.” That kind of thing.

RSS boo

I’m going to disable the news blog’s RSS feed temporarily. I don’t like the way Blogger does permalinks in the feed. Once I’ve got a better solution going, the feed will return to working order. Sorry for the inconvenience! Go hug someone, if it helps.
