We’ve all been betrayed.
Man, you’re diligent about saving your work for a year or so, then you slip, and then one day, Photoshop crashes for the first time since you installed it and you lose a half-hour’s work.
Tried something a little different with the word balloons today. Instead of making them perfect ellipses, I made them imperfect ellipse-ish-oids. Looks more human, now. I think that’s the last of the mechanical-looking issues licked, if you don’t count the font, which is based on my handwriting anyway.
I’m going on vacation next week. The comic will update as usual. No worries. There shall be strips!

Huh, I didn’t notice the new word balloons when I proofread. I like it. It’s subtle, but definitely better.
